We believe in upfront, straightforward healthcare costs. Here is a breakdown of our pricing and payment policy:

1. Direct-Pay Model & Flat Rate

• No Insurance Billing: This is a direct-pay service. We do not bill or process claims with any insurance provider.

• Single Flat Rate: Each 30-minute virtual consultation is a single flat rate of $99.

• Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

2. All-Inclusive Consultation Services

Our $99 fee is all-inclusive and covers the complete virtual visit and all services rendered by your provider during the consultation. There are no add-on charges for:

• Medication Prescriptions: (For non-controlled substances, when clinically appropriate.)

• Specialist Referrals: (When necessary for follow-up care.)

• Lab & Imaging Orders: 

• Important Cost Disclaimer - The flat rate covers the order for testing, but not the test itself. You will be financially responsible for the cost of any lab work, X-rays, or other imaging services ordered by your provider. These charges will come directly from the external facility (e.g., the local lab or imaging center) and cannot be billed through our platform.

3. Post-Visit Documentation

• Visit Summary: You will receive a detailed summary of your visit and treatment plan via email.

• Results Follow-Up: Once we receive any lab or imaging results we ordered, we will promptly email you an explanation and clear instructions regarding your next steps.

 

While your $99 consultation fee covers the creation of prescriptions, orders, and referrals, the follow-through for these services involves specific responsibilities.

Medication Prescriptions

We can send prescriptions directly to your pharmacy of choice or email a copy to you.

• Important Exclusions:

  • We do not prescribe ANY controlled substances.

  • We do not handle prior authorizations with insurance companies.

• Your Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for picking up your medication from the pharmacy.

  • You must provide your insurance information directly to the pharmacy if you wish to use it. 

Labs, Imaging, and Referrals

• Lab Orders: Your lab order will be emailed directly to you. You must print this order and take it to your chosen lab facility.

• Imaging & Referral Orders: These orders will be faxed to your requested facility, and a copy will also be emailed to you for your records.

• Your Responsibilities:

  • Inform Us: You must provide us with the name and information of the facility you will be using so we can follow up to obtain your results.

  • Scheduling & Insurance: You must contact the lab, imaging center, or specialist's office to schedule your appointment and provide them with your insurance information.

  • Pricing: You are responsible for checking on the pricing of these external services.

  • Follow-Through: You are responsible for completing the ordered tests or appointments. We will not send reminders.

Visit Summaries and Results

• What We Provide:

  • A detailed summary of your visit will be emailed to you.

  • Once we receive your lab or imaging results, we will promptly email you an explanation along with clear instructions on the next steps.

• Your Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for checking your email for the visit summary and results.

  • You must carry out the recommended follow-up instructions provided during your appointment and in your results summary.
