Board-Certified Doctor, Ready to Help
About Dr. Rohini Ramamoorthy | “Dr. Rama”
"Welcome! I'm Dr. Rohini Ramamoorthy, a board-certified internist. As the owner of Magnolia Primary Care LLC, I am excited to offer a new approach to medical care.
During my last five years in practice, I noted a growing need for something different. I saw self-pay patients and those with high-deductible plans struggling to find accessible care. I recognized the demand for telehealth that fits busy schedules and provides care when typical offices are closed. Most importantly, I saw that patients often want more time with their doctor to ask questions and truly understand their health—a need that a dedicated video call can meet perfectly.
Since I am not currently taking new patients at my physical in-office location, I decided to combine all these needs into one convenient platform.
We made the deliberate choice not to involve insurance. This allows us to avoid the significant added overhead and complexities surrounding insurance billing. Instead, we provide these dedicated telehealth services for a flat, one-time rate. It’s simple, transparent.
We are excited about the future of this platform and the addition of new providers. Please leave your feedback and suggestions so we can use your input to refine our services and ensure they evolve to meet your specific healthcare needs.

Excluded Services and Conditions
To ensure the highest standard of care and patient safety, our telehealth service does not provide treatment or management for the following:
-
Chronic Disease Management: Conditions requiring routine, in-person monitoring and continuity of care, such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. These complex conditions are best managed through regular follow-ups with your primary care provider.
-
Preventative Care: Services that necessitate a full physical examination, including annual wellness visits and routine physicals, cannot be accurately performed via telehealth.
-
Referral for Complex Needs: If a condition cannot be fully and appropriately addressed through a remote consultation, or if the information gathered during the telehealth visit indicates a need for a hands-on physical exam or immediate testing, we will refer you to an urgent care facility or the Emergency Room (ER). This deferral is always made in your best interest to ensure you receive the necessary and appropriate level of care.
